What we collect
Only what you type into the early-access form: your name, your email address, your country, and whether you are asking as a person, a provider or a partner. Nothing is collected if you do not submit that form.
Why we collect it
To tell you when Health X opens, and to know which side of the network to open it for. We do not sell it and we do not share it outside the team building the product.
Removing it
Write to privacy@healthx.health and we delete your record. No conditions, no form to fill in.
